一场秋雨一场凉,寒露将至霜露寒。或许是宿舍边叶子上的一滴露水,又或许是上早课路上的一个寒颤,都在提醒我们天气逐渐冷了起来。寒露节气仿佛是冬姑娘到来的预兆,提醒我们做好准备,天寒加衣。
节气介绍
寒露(Cold Dew),是二十四节气之第十七个节气,秋季的第五个节气。在每年公历10月7日-9日交节,在这一天,太阳到达黄经195°。“寒露”的意思,是此时期的气温比“白露”时更低,地面的露水更冷,快要凝结成霜了。《月令七十二候集解》:“九月节,露气寒冷,将凝结也。”“寒露”节气是天气转凉的象征,标志着天气由凉爽向寒冷过渡,露珠寒光四射,如俗语所说的那样,“寒露寒露,遍地冷露”。在广东一带流传着这样的谚语:“寒露过三朝,过水要寻桥”,指的就是天气变凉了,可不能像以前那样赤脚趟水过河或下田了。(Cold Dew is emblematic of the arrival of coldness, marking the transition from a cool weather to a cold one. 我国古代将寒露分为三候:“一候鸿雁来宾;二候雀入大水为蛤;三候菊有黄华。”此节气中鸿雁排成一字或人字形的队列大举南迁;深秋天寒,雀鸟都不见了,古人看到海边突然出现很多蛤蜊,并且贝壳的条纹及颜色与雀鸟很相似,所以便以为是雀鸟变成的;第三候的“菊始黄华”是说在此时菊花已普遍开放。
节气习俗
登高赏菊(Climb high and enjoy the chrysanthemum):
众所周知,重阳节登高的习俗由来已久。由于重阳节在寒露节气前后,寒露节气宜人的气候又十分适合登山,慢慢的重阳节登高的习俗也成了寒露节气的习俗。登高寓意“步步高升”、“高寿”。(Since the Double Ninth Festival often falls around Cold Dew, and the climate at this time of year is often suitable for mountaineering, the custom of climbing high, which has the auspicious meaning of "going up step by step" and "longevity", on the day of the Double Ninth Festival is gradually formed and has become part of the tradition of Cold Dew.)同时,寒露前后也是菊花绽放的时节。菊花作为一种反季节花,越是霜寒露重,就开得越艳丽。所以,人们也会在这个时候开始赏菊。
观红叶(Enjoy the red autumnal leaves):
寒露时节赏红叶早已成为很多人的习惯与期待。秋风飒飒,黄护叶红。寒露过后的连续降温催红了枫叶。金秋的山上层林尽染,漫山红叶如霞似锦、如诗如画。(Against the rustling autumn wind, layers of yellow and red leaves wave and shake. Temperatures drop after Cold Dew, turning the maple leaves red. 秋钓边(Go fishing by shallow waters):
入了寒露,南方便迎来了“秋钓边”的黄金时间。此时天气越来越冷,水中的鱼儿会寻找相对较暖和的区域。而岸边水比较浅,在阳光照射下,水温上升比较快。因此,向阳的河岸可以用来作为此时钓鱼的最佳场所。
节气美食
饮菊花酒(Drink the chrysanthemum wine):
寒露时分菊花盛开,为除秋燥,某些地区有饮“菊花酒”的习俗。菊花酒是由菊花加糯米、酒曲酿制而成,古称“长寿酒”,其味清凉甜美,有养肝、 明目、健脑、延缓衰老等功效。
吃花糕(Eat steamed layered jujube cake):
由于天气渐冷,树木花草凋零在即,故人们谓此为“辞青”。九九登高,还要吃花糕,因“高”与“糕”谐音,故应节糕点谓之“重阳花糕”,寓意“步步高升”。
吃螃蟹(Eat crabs):
有俗话说“寒露发脚,霜降捉着,西风响,蟹脚痒”,天一冷螃蟹的味道就要“正”了。“九月团脐,十月尖”,眼下雌蟹卵满、黄膏丰腴,正是吃母蟹的最佳季节。
秋季的寒风掠过湖边,在草木上留下一滴滴清澈透明的露水,轻轻吹过我们的脸颊,在心里勾起一丝丝难忘的回忆。冷暖交替,四季变化是永恒的规律,每个人的经历不同,寒露留给每个人的印象也不同。天气转冷,但希望我们的心仍如金秋红叶般炽热,点燃明天美好的生活。
