03 / 下一阶段工作部署

党中央决定继续派出联络组 (dispatch liaison groups)，加强对湖北省和武汉市疫情防控后续工作 (follow-up epidemic prevention and control work) 指导支持。

要继续指导做好治愈患者康复和心理疏导工作 (psychological counseling for people affected by COVID-19)，督促落实常态化疫情防控举措，外防输入、内防反弹 (make unremitting efforts to forestall imported infections and domestic resurgence)，要毫不懈怠抓好各项工作，巩固疫情防控成果，决不能前功尽弃。

4月29日，武汉黄鹤楼景区重新开放。

要理顺医药卫生体制 (the medical and healthcare structure)，改革疾病预防控制体系(the disease prevention and control system)，提升疫情监测预警能力 (epidemic monitoring and early warning capabilities)，完善公共卫生应急法律法规 (public health emergency response system)，健全重大疫情、公共卫生应急管理和救治体系 (enhance the response and treatment systems for major epidemics and public health emergencies)。

要推进城乡环境整治 (overhaul the urban and rural sanitary conditions)，完善公共卫生设施 (improve public health facilities)，大力开展健康知识普及 (popularize health knowledge among the public)，提倡文明健康、绿色环保的生活方式。
